A year later she did make one last attempt to lose weight, because being overweight all over, has very bad effects on the body and the brain, too.

And it worked, after 5 years she was 80 pounds or 176 feet.

A lot of hard work and perseverance every day for 5 years.

After another year, she was able to reach her ideal weight.

She had four strength training sessions a week.

One running workout and 200 minutes of cardio a week.

The girl put in a tremendous amount of effort.
